We know that sometimes a toy just isn’t quite the right fit and as parents ourselves, we completely understand! That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy and straightforward as possible.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. We’re a small but reasonable bunch, and we’ll always do everything we can to help.

At this time we don't offer pre-orders however we restock our website regulary multiple times a month, sign up to our back-in-stock notifications and keep an eye on your inbox. Our popular items do sell out quickly so once back in stock, we'd suggest ordering as soon as possible.

Please add URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line along with your order number, your old address and the new address you want to change it too. Providing we receive this before the item is dispatched we can amend this for you.
