30-Day Fuss-Free Returns

We totally get it, sometimes a toy just isn’t quite right. That’s why we’ve kept our returns process simple and stress-free. You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund.

We can organise a collection for a small fee, or you’re welcome to use your own courier- whatever works best for you.

All we ask is that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition we can re-sell.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund within 10 days (minus any postage costs if we arranged the return—usually around £4.99, depending on the size of the item).

Prefer an exchange instead? No problem, we’re happy to help with that too.
